He has worked across various project phases including FEED, BED, DED, and EPCIC for offshore platforms, floating facilities, LNG plants, and refineries. His Human Factors Engineering (HFE) expertise spans global projects in Malaysia, Australia, Brazil, and the North Sea, with strong regulatory compliance and collaboration with major clients like SHELL, BP, and ExxonMobil.

Danaraj is also a published author of peer-reviewed papers in the human factors domain, sharing insights from his project experience and methodologies. He is recognized for his strengths in data analysis, report writing, auditing, and integrating human factors into design.

Piryengkasai Gajendran

Piryengkasai is an engineering professional with a specialized focus on human factors in complex systems, particularly within the oil and gas industry. Her expertise centers on enhancing user roles and interface design to improve safety, usability, and operational performance. She has contributed to projects across the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Malaysia, delivering practical solutions tailored to diverse operational environments.

Her experience spans the full project life cycle—from front-end engineering and design to detailed engineering and installation—where she supports technical analyses and integration efforts that align with user needs and industry standards. Beyond design and integration, she is engaged in risk, safety, and environmental studies, including carbon accounting, quantitative risk analysis, and fire and explosion modeling, enabling robust and sustainable outcomes.

 

Lalitaambigei Manoharan

Lalitaambigei as a Consultant at Human Resilience Associates supports multidisciplinary projects across FEED and EPCI phases for both offshore and onshore facilities. She works closely with project teams and stakeholders to align technical delivery with client objectives, enhance value creation, and support effective decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle. Her exposure to diverse project environments has strengthened her ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audience- across the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia.
